Three times a week, the bus drives to the “stop” on the clinic grounds so that the inmates feel like they can leave the premises. They can also borrow books there. The bus is green, single-decker, and can accommodate about fifty passengers. The windows are covered with black film. Inside, hundreds of books are on shelves, which are attached to both sides of the windows instead of rows of seats.
