Help Help! Invitation to the first dog doctor walk

Many young people live on the streets in our city. Most of these young homeless individuals have only one point of contact: their dog, with whom they spend their lives on the street.

Veterinarian Jeannette Klemmt founded Hundedoc (Dog Doc). She travels with her mobile veterinary clinic directly to homeless people and treats their dogs on-site free of charge. In doing so, she not only helps the animals but also establishes the necessary contact with the young people, some of whom are still children, on the street for their reintegration. The treatments, medications, bandages, and gasoline for the mobile clinic all cost a lot of money and are financed solely by donations.

And to collect these donations, Jenny and I are organizing the first Hundedoc Walk.

When and Where?    May 2, meeting at 4:30 PM – walk at 5:00 PM

We'll meet in front of the Chalet Suisse at Clayallee 99 – Im Jagen 5, in 14195 Berlin-Dahlem. From there, we'll walk together to the Grunewaldsee. Please bring your dogs. If you don't have a dog, no worries – then just bring money 🙂

Following the walk, we'll head to the Biergarten at Chalet Suisse. There, Jenny Klemmt will present her Hundedoc initiative, and you'll be very welcome to speak with her. We've also invited affected young people with their pets.

I look forward to seeing you on May 2nd!

Kind regards

You
